We are looking for aProgram Manager who can provide operational leadership and partnership management to ensure the successful delivery of Compasss asset-building initiatives including the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program. Act as the primary liaison between Compass and its partner organizations the Program Manager will foster strong collaborative relationships streamline processes and oversee program compliance to achieve shared goals.

About the role
The Program Manager plays a key role in project managing program expansions leading cross-departmental collaboration and resolving client challenges efficiently. This position requires strong leadership operational expertise and a commitment to advancing financial mobility and equity aligning closely with Compasss mission and values. This role reports to the Director of Programs.

Qualifications and Competencies:
3-5 years of relevant experience. Previous program partnership and/or project management strongly preferred.
Commitment to Compasss mission and values with a passion for advancing financial mobility and equity for families with low incomes.
Cultural humility and respect for diverse cultures identities and lived experiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to explain complex information in plain language.

The salary range for this role is $66980 to $77740commensurate with experience. Well promote your professional growth and development by providing access to a competitive salary and benefits package and additional employee benefits that include but are not limited to:
