WHAT YOULL BE DRIVING:
- Lead a fast-moving customer-facing department where every hour matters and every interaction counts.
- Manage a team of technicians advisors and support staff with precision energy and accountability.
- Oversee daily operations of a growing Nissan service department from workflow optimization to customer satisfaction.
- Own the results: customer experience scores labor sales team performance and department profitability.
- Triage problems like a field general prioritize delegate and execute with a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Drive innovation in process and people. If its clunky fix it. If its outdated replace it.
- Maintain our companys mission statement and core values.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years of automotive sales service or parts experience is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience as a manager in any customer service industry.
- Superior client relations skills
- Must be able to positively manage and motivate a team consistently
- Current drivers license and a clean driving record must be provided at time of hire
- Ability to pass drug and background checks.
