Job Description
We are seeking a talented Junior Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce development who is passionate about building efficient solutions and has good hands-on experience with Apex programming particularly triggers asynchronous Apex and Flows.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web components & Flows
Code and implement Apex triggers to automate business processes
Create Asynchronous Apex solutions (Batch Apex Queueable Apex Future methods)
Build and maintain Salesforce Flows to enhance business processes
Perform configuration changes including creating custom objects fields and relationship models
Debug and troubleshoot existing code and configurations
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Good proficiency in Apex programming particularly with Triggers & Lightning Flows
Experience with asynchronous Apex (Batch Apex Queueable Apex Future methods)
Hands-on experience building and optimizing Salesforce Flows
Understanding of Salesforce administration concepts particularly object relationships (lookup master-detail)
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or working towards it)

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to learn and stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements
