Job Description

  • Responsible for onsite root cause analysis of supplier quality issues related to heat treatment and machining and follow up on the implementation and verification of corrective actions to ensure issue resolution.

  • Support technical discussions sample approvals and safe launches for new machining and heat treatment projects ensuring suppliers meet all quality and process requirements before mass production.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives at supplier sites focusing on process stability quality performance and the use of quality tools such as 8D FMEA and SPC.


Qualifications :

  • Experienced engineer with background in manufacturing technologies (e.g. machining heat treatment) and quality management tools such as 8D FMEA SPC.

  • Proven skills in root cause analysis and problem-solving within supplier or production environments.

  • Strong communication and coordination abilities able to work cross-functionally and with external suppliers.

  • Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication including technical discussions and reporting.

  • Hands-on experience in project support or new product launch from a quality perspective.

  • Self-driven structured and improvement-oriented.

  • Willingness to travel to supplier sites when required.
