Job Description

  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess supply needs forecast demand and manage procurement processes including supplier relationships and contract negotiations
  • Coordinate logistics for timely deliveries and distribution of medical supplies and equipment while maintaining optimal inventory levels
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations for all procured medical supplies and equipment
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the supply chain
  • Generate reports analyze supply chain data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and provide training on supply chain processes

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare supply chain or logistics
  • Professional certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g. APICS CSCP CPSM) preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of medical inventory tracking systems healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel supply chain management software (e.g. SAP Oracle) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
