As Hotel Manager at SLS Playa Mujeres you will lead the strategic direction and daily operations of a luxury all-inclusive resort ensuring alignment with the brands elevated lifestyle identity and the vision of Ennismore and the Accor collective. You will drive performance through cross-functional leadership operational excellence guest satisfaction and innovation all while maintaining the essence of SLS: bold stylish and sophisticated.

- Oversee and elevate operational performance in all departments particularly Food & Beverage ensuring consistency with SLS brand standards and a guest-first approach.
- Lead senior leadership meetings and cross-departmental collaboration driving discussions on financial outcomes service innovation and operational strategy.
- Ensure the resorts infrastructure maintenance and safety programs meet the highest standards of efficiency compliance and guest comfort.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Finance to manage forecasting budget planning and performance analysis.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence mentorship and accountability through strong leadership in talent development and performance management.
- Drive guest satisfaction and loyalty by proactively improving service touchpoints addressing concerns and leading innovation in the guest experience.
- Maintain a strong transparent partnership with the hotel owners and key stakeholders ensuring alignment on goals and consistently delivering value and results.
- Establish and monitor operational procedures service standards and productivity targets.
- Oversee guest satisfaction metrics operational KPIs and quality assurance systems.
- Act as the key liaison between General Management and operational departments.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience (5 years) in a senior hotel leadership role ideally within a luxury or lifestyle all-inclusive resort.
- Deep operational expertise in Rooms Division Food & Beverage and guest services.
- Strong financial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
- Passion for hospitality innovation and lifestyle-driven experiences.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
