Job Description
We are looking for Test Automation Engineer to automate testing in the Payments Domain. Youll be part of a cross-functional team thats responsible for the full software development life cycle from conception to deployment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts
- Design develop execute and maintain test automation frameworks
- Develop and execute manual test cases as needed
- Create and maintain test data sets
- Analyze test results and report issues
- Provide training and mentorship to junior members
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and trends
Technical skills:
- Strong programming skills in Java
- Experience with automation frameworks and libraries such as Selenium
- Experience in designing and developing automated tests for payment industry applications
- Experience in Rest and SOAP API testing
- Experience working with JIRA for issue tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools
- Experience in tools such as Git Maven JIRA confluence X-Ray etc.
- Experience in any one of database such as MySQL Oracle SQL server etc
- Payments domain knowledge (optional)
Soft Skills:
- Mindset for quality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills Negotiation-fluent English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Certifications:
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (mandatory)
