Description

FINANCE/ADMIN ASSISTANT (required for September 2025)

Hours: 27.5 hours per week Monday Friday term time (Plus 2 weeks)

Salary: BET Salary Grade 3 Point A (Salary range 24405 FTE) Actual Salary - 16464

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual with a knowledge for accounts a keen eye for detail and the ability to work at pace together with exceptional IT skills to join our team. The applicants will have an essential role in providing and delivering a professional service. Experience of working in a similar field is essential.

Key Duties will include:

  • Trip money collection/reconciliation as required
  • Process Purchase order requests and match GRNs within SAGE
  • Ensure all purchase invoices are sent to BET Central Support in a timely manner
  • Assist the Trust Finance Department in ensuring compliance for annual audits
