Job Description
Overview
The Production Senior Lead Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of safety quality and production of Associates such as operators and packers etc. The Production Senior Lead works closely with and at the direction of the Production Supervisor to ensure that the company safely and efficiently produces the highest quality products.

Work Experience
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Equivalent experience may be substituted for an educational requirement where associate demonstrates the necessary skills and capability. Experience in Plastics Thermoforming & Extrusion is required.
