The Desktop Support Specialist provides front-line technical support for staff across all clinic locations. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting desktop systems laptops printers and other network-connected devices. The position requires efficient problem-solving excellent customer service and collaboration with both internal staff and external partners.
This role plays a key part in ensuring that all IT-related systems run efficiently supporting clinic operations and patient care delivery.
