What you will do:

As a Special Project Analyst you will coordinate programs with vendors and service partners on electronic return filing and payment options. You will also have the opportunity to provide support on other various projects and processes.


Primary job duties include:

  • Acquiring applying and maintaining program knowledge to assist vendors and service partners with electronic return and payment programs.
    • Help troubleshoot processing issues while working with technical support staff.
    • Manage testing efforts with vendors during annual technical and/or version changes.
    • Develop update and publish program guides and resources.
  • Collaborating with internal customers and management to identify and implement system enhancements reporting needs and special projects.
  • Participating in agency teams to streamline processes and improve the quality of services delivered.
  • Collecting organizing and analyzing data related to agency programs on a routine basis.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for service partners to resolve any and all program issues and/or questions.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Either:

Academic degrees must be from an accredited institution of higher learning.
