Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient Orthopedics
California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy Castro Valley CA

Clinic Setting:
Outpatient orthopedic clinic focused on evidence-based care manual therapy and functional rehab in a patient-first environment.
Salary:
$90000$108000 per year $750 monthly bonus full benefits
Salary based on experience skills and job-related factors.
Job Type:
Full-time
Schedule:Flexible (3040 hours/week with preference for afternoon shifts)
Benefits:
Up to $10000 sign-on bonus
$25000 student loan repayment
$750 incentive bonus every 4 weeks

Flexible full-time schedule (3040 hours/week with 8 or 10-hour shifts available; afternoon shifts preferred)

Responsibilities:
Deliver physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Create and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure clinical excellence
Build meaningful relationships with patients and community members
Document patient care using a modern EMR system
Comply with all federal state and payer regulations
Services Provided:
Orthopedic and sports physical therapy
Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation
Pre- and post-operative care
Return-to-sport and return-to-work programs
Chronic and acute pain management
Specialty clinical services
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
