Grundfos Romania is now looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Engineer. The position can be filled in different locations.
What is the job about
You will be responsible for the profitable growth in market share through the maintenance monitoring and development of Grundfos products services and customer base within the Commercial Building Services (CBS) segment.
You will be also responsible for sharing knowledge and opportunities outside of the designated market segment to drive sales and profitability across the company.
Among other exciting tasks you will:
- Develop a designated customer base including preparation plans budgets and promotional activities.
- Drive focus markets with Selected Accounts.
- Develop and execute business development activities with selected accounts including but not limited to promotional activities launch initiatives brand positioning and new application areas.
- Identify and develop new business with the potential to use Grundfos products and services.
- Assist with the preparation of segment based budgets and plans relating to Key Account activities.
- Participate in market research and preparation of reports as required.
- Implement the company and segment based sales strategy.
- Utilise Sales Excellence tools i.e. SAP CRM to maintain customer interactions opportunities and quotations.
- Ensure all reporting is accurate and presented within an acceptable time frame e.g. expenses.
What do you need to be successful
- You have 1-4 years of relevant work experience besides formal education
- You have solid knowledge of the plans processes and activities within the functional area in Commercial Building Services
- You have experience driving developed processes within Commercial Building Services.
- You are able to lead processes or projects
- You possess a great understanding of the relevant systems local laws and regulations where applicable for the Commercial Building Services
- You are fluent in English
- You are able to influence others
- You have great communication skills and you are good at networking
- You are able to deliver results and meet customer expectations
- You can adapt and respond to change
