ESG creates Value for our Clients Value to Investors in mitigating risk of long-term investments and Value to Corporates through long term financial performance. It focuses on collecting broad range of ESG data through a variety of company and governmental sources to provide users with an in-depth multi-faceted view into the nature and strength of a companys resistance to changes in ESG components liaise with various critical stakeholders in understanding and building the content set. This data is used by investors asset managers and in S&P Globals various divisions and products. The team is responsible for managing S&P Globals proprietary database comprising one of the worlds most complete datasets on corporate sustainability.
The Impact: The selected candidate will contribute to the departments & clusters success by making key decisions related to data policies and projects. The selected candidate would get an opportunity to work in a competitive environment and interact with some of the most brilliant minds in the industry.

This role provides a huge scope for learning and development and exploring a highly rewarding career path with room for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead manage and deliver on operations projects by doing research and feasibility study to drive internal efficiencies.
Prepare project synopsis/completion reports to present them to senior stakeholders.
Lead User Acceptance Testing for Environmental Data Collection and workflow Tools
Generate new ideas to improve current processes and build governance models around the same.
One stop solution for Environmental Data.
Conducts trend analysis in data quality to identify specific improvement areas on human errors
Work very closely with the team members and leaders to increase the knowledge of the team.
Validating process SOP and workflow to ensure it is updated as per current procedure.
Self-motivated organized detail-oriented with a positive can do attitude
Qualifications:
3 years professional work experience in the industry.
A good understanding of financial markets and investing as well as knowledge of some of the following sustainability areas that companies and financial institutions are involved in: ESG integration; green financing or sustainability index; environmental risk analysis; and reporting of investments in different asset classes and across company value chains.
The candidate should be conscious of detail and numerically proficient with natural curiosity and an innovative approach to problem solving.
Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for digging into the details to define product use cases capabilities and impacts.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Problem identification and problem-solving skills.
Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize.
