Were looking for a Specialist Teaching Assistant (Medical) to join our supportive and nurturing team. In this rewarding role youll work closely with students who have Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) or additional educational needs helping them thrive academically emotionally and socially.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Supporting students with a range of needs both in and out of the classroom
- Providing personal and medical care with dignity and compassion
- Working as part of a dedicated team including teaching staff the SENDCo and external professionals
- Helping create a safe inclusive and positive learning environment where every child can succeed
What Were Looking For:
- A warm caring personality and a strong sense of empathy
- Experience or understanding of supporting young people with EHCPs
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A qualification in personal care is desirable but not essential we value passion and potential!
