What Youll Do
Be the Face of TELUS Health: Represent our Pension Plan Administration team to current clients and during exciting submissions
Drive Innovation: Contribute to the growth and evolution of our department always staying ahead of industry practices to bring fresh ideas
Lead by Example: Act as a senior service manager for client accounts providing top-tier service and support
Mentor and Guide: Supervise and inspire team resources to achieve exceptional results
Project Excellence: Support the team in executing a variety of mandates and projects ensuring successful outcomes
Finance Mastery: Develop and manage budgets for your mandates ensuring compliance and efficiency
Client Satisfaction: Elevate client satisfaction by truly understanding their needs and offering innovative solutions
Process Improvement: Identify and propose enhancements to our processes for better performance
Business Growth: Foster new business relationships secure agreements with existing clients and explore new markets with potential clients
What You Bring
Experience: Over 12 years of relevant experience backing your expertise
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Mathematics Finance Administration Actuarial Science or another relevant field
Organizational Ace: Exceptional organizational control and planning skills
Problem Solver: Sharpened analytical skills to tackle and resolve challenges
Communication Pro: Stellar communication skills with the ability to build and sustain strong interpersonal relationships
Leadership: Strong team management skills with motivational leadership
Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills ensuring client satisfaction
Language Proficiency: Command of both French and English spoken and written
