For our Human Capital department we are looking for a junior payroll officer. The junior payroll officer will be part of the Payroll team (together with 2 Senior Payroll officers and 1 Payroll lead) which is responsible for full payroll operations within PwC.

Your impact
As Junior Payroll officer youll make an impact on
Efficient payroll process
Ensure smooth daily payroll operations for employees and directors
Follow-up on time and attendance in line with PwCs Flexible working approach
Providing support in HR and payroll administration
Employee experience
Create a flawless employee experience in terms of execution of our employees reward package
Providing support to employee requests in a professional and timely manner
Providing guidance to the employees and keeping our intranet up to date with all payroll related information
About you
You have 1-2 years of experience in payroll and/or HR Operations. Experience in payroll agencies or large companies is highly appreciated. You have a professional bachelors degree or higher.
Innovative and proactive
Accurate service minded stress resilient and problem-solving
Interested in automation generative AI and applying new technologies to support our employees even more efficiently. Good excel knowledge.
Good knowledge of Belgian payroll taxation and Belgian social law (jc200). You are eager to deepen your technical knowledge and expertise.
Teamplayer with good communication skills
Fluent knowledge of Dutch and/or French and English
Knowledge of Eblox and Workday is a plus!
