Selection Criteria
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Business or a related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in a generalist HR role preferably in a small to medium-sized organisation.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices including interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
A proactive and team-focused approach with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
A strategic thinker who can also deliver on day-to-day operational needs.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in HRIS Microsoft Office Suite and AI experience with Employment Hero would be a bonus.
Experience in the not-for-profit sector is highly desirable.
Membership with a professional HR body (e.g. AHRI).
Current drivers licence.
