Job Description
Position Overview
As the Section of Palliative Medicine and Hospice we are a part of the fabric of care at LVHN with a fully integrated palliative care continuum to assure optimal patient experience. We are currently seeking a CRNP to expand our services to Lehigh Valley Pocono. The provider will be part of the OACIS (Optimizing Advanced Complex Illness Support)/Palliative Medicine practice a nationally recognized innovative palliative medicine service.
Position Responsibilities:
- Inpatient hospital rounding/consults/Clinic/Home-based
- Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00-5:00
- Weekend call schedule

Qualifications
- A network champion for Palliative Medicine and a passion for clinical work
- A valid Pennsylvania Certification/License
- Seeking an experienced nurse practitioner
