Youll ensure accuracy in anesthesia coding while participating in audits and documentation reviews perfect for a coder who thrives in detail-driven work and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Code anesthesia cases accurately and efficiently
- Conduct documentation reviews and audits for client practices
- Present findings and compliance insights to clients
- Identify documentation gaps and recommend improvements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CPT ICD-10 ASA crosswalk and modifiers
- Partner with team members to uphold coding standards and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 3 years of medical coding experience with a focus on anesthesia
- Strong knowledge of ASA crosswalk and anesthesia billing practices
- Experience in or ability to perform client-facing presentations
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
