FINANCE DIRECTOR- Bachelors 5YRS EXP REQ
LOCATION-Houston Texas
FACILITY: 350 BED Acute Care Hospital
SALARY: $ 114k-$154k BONUS RELO

DESCRIPTION:
- Reports to the CEO
- 4 FTEs
- Develops and manages department operational and capital budgets approvals and ongoing maintenance of the department.
- Proactively identify and plans for capital needs related to current equipment and future department projects.
- Ensure staffing plans and schedules meet department needs that reflect understanding of the importance of cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinates monthly and year-end processing and vendor 1099 and other required regulatory reporting.
- Bachelors degree in accounting Business Finance or related field
- Masters degree preferred
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in finance of which two years must have been in a people management role.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS - PREFERRED
- Accredited Payables Specials (APS)OR
- Accredited Payable Manager (APM)OR
- Certified Financial Accountant (CFA)
