The Opportunity
The School of Construction is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Temporary Full-Time Instructors to join our team in the Pipetrades Apprenticeship and Pre-Employment Pipetrades programs. In this role you will be responsible for delivering both theoretical instruction and hands-on laboratory training to students preparing for careers in the Pipetrades.
We are looking for individuals with in-depth knowledge of Plumbing and Gas theory applicable codes and current residential commercial & Industrial trade practices. As an Instructor you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of skilled tradespeople. We value innovation and encourage our instructors to be bold inventive and bring fresh ideas to enhance the learning experience.
Note:SAIT as a post-secondary institution serves a diverse student population. Therefore instructional duties may occasionally be required during early mornings evenings. If selected specific scheduling arrangements will be discussed between you and the leader.
