The Role:
We are seeking a full time MC Truck Driver to join our Team in Mt Isa. The successful applicant will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods across regional Queensland and interstate.
- Operate heavy vehicles safely and efficiently in line with fatigue management and WH&S requirements
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate records of driving hours mileage and deliveries
- Deliver goods on time and in excellent condition
- Comply with all road transport regulations company policies and site requirements
About You:
- A current MC Licence
- Proven experience operating semi-trailers and B-double vehicles
- A clean and safe driving record
- Sound knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices
- Strong customer service skills and a positive mature attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and within a team
- A commitment to vehicle maintenance and safe work practices
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol testing
