To be successful in this role you need to:

• Leverage AI-driven automation to enhance business processes and decision-making.
• Develop Appian applications that incorporate GenAI and ML models intelligent automation and predictive analytics to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with Appian internal stakeholders to sculpt the future of our business processes.
• Ensure all solutions are well-documented scalable and reusable across the enterprise.
• Foster a team environment focused on cutting-edge technologies process automation and delivering measurable business impact.

Basic Qualifications:

• B.S./B.A. in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Mathematics or a related technical field.
• Experience with GenAI and/or ML technologies (academic or professional).
• Experience with cloud computing technologies like AWS.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for AI-driven innovation.
• Professional English proficiency
• Exceptional communication and customer management skills (verbal/written)
