Job Description
CAPITAL is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Warehouse Associate to join our energetic team. This is an excellent opportunity for students recent graduates or anyone seeking seasonal or entry-level work in a professional fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Verify quantities and document any discrepancies
- Conduct cycle counts and support periodic physical inventories
- Securely pack orders and prepare them for shipping
- Coordinate with carriers for timely dispatch of outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate records of inventory shipments and other warehouse activities
- Perform quality checks on products
- Help maintain a safe clean and organized warehouse
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physically active tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving warehouse procedures
- Experience with inventory systems is a plus but not required
- Forklift certification is a bonuswillingness to obtain certification encouraged
- Must pass pre-employment background screenings
