Job Description
Seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support a small high school caseload (approx. 5 students) on a flexible weekly schedule. Ideal for an SLP looking to add a few hours per week in a student-centered equity-driven environment.
What Youll Do- Provide direct speech-language services for approx. 5 students (24 hrs/week)
- Attend IEP meetings as needed; leading meetings is rare
- Collaborate with school staff to create a consistent but flexible service schedule
- Deliver services in person or virtually depending on availability and student needs
- Maintain documentation aligned with IEP goals
- Active California SLP license
- Experience supporting high schoolage students
- Comfortable working independently in a low-hour setting
- Spanish/English bilingual a plus
