Site Supervisor

Work schedule: Allocated between hours of operation.

- Office- 8056 N. 56th St. Tampa FL 33617 & program sites throughout Hillsborough County

What Youll Do:
As the ReDefiners World Languages Site Supervisor youll be pivotal in shaping the development execution and oversight of our world languages initiative within the Academic Achievers Program. Responsible for overseeing daily activities including tutor management parent communication and event coordination the Site Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring program success.
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for but not limited to:
Tutor Management:
- Conduct site orientations for new tutors and introduce them to site contacts.
- Monitor student progress and update parents and tutors as needed
- Monitor tutoring sessions and provide feedback to students and parents for skill development.
- Schedule and conduct 1:1 tutor meetings as needed.
- Maintain detailed notes of interactions in Salesforce.
- Coordinate tutoring schedules and prepare session objectives and resources.
- Assign students to tutors and manage schedules.
- Track tutor hours and verify in Salesforce.
- Confirm tutoring sessions with parents and tutors.
Administrative:
- Contact parents provide program information and determine student eligibility.
- Provide IXL practice instructions to parents and assist as needed.
- Coordinate with site contacts and parents.
- Provide graduation certificates and coordinate graduation events.
- Connect with potential tutors assist with interviews and provide necessary information.
- Assist with tutor orientation and training.
- Maintain records of all tutor management in Salesforce
- All other tasks instructed by the Program Director to ensure success of the program
Event Coordination:
- Oversee event planning and coordination.
- Assist with event preparations and participation.
- Coordinate with parents for event-related matters.
- Prepare crafts kits and activities.
- Maintain records of program outcomes in Salesforce
- Create work products (deliverables) for participants
- Decorate site location on event days.
- All other tasks required for event coordination
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Education Social Sciences or related field preferred. Previous experience in education program management or related fields are highly desired.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with tutors parents and program stakeholders.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules events and documentation efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record-keeping and program implementation.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Cultural Competency: Sensitivity to diverse cultures and backgrounds with a commitment to cultural inclusivity.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management systems required.
- Passion: Enthusiasm for educational initiatives and a commitment to the organizations mission of academic achievement and cultural enrichment.
