Job Description
We are looking for a new colleague to join our software development team.
The talented Automation Software Test Engineer will be involvedin a multi-cultural team and he will be able to provide the best experience to users thanks to a powerful scalable and optimized product.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be accountable for the quality of the REST APIs (backend) and administration portal (frontend) - 80% API testing 20% Front End testing;
- Manage the release cycle and the communication between development and product teams;
- Monitor production;
- Create detailed comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases;
- Track quality assurance metrics like defect densities and open defect counts;
- Report bugs and errors to development teams.
- Understanding of software QA methodologies tools and processes;
- Proven experience as a QA & automation engineer or similar role;
- Strong experience in API testing;
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and non-regression testing;
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors;
- Ability to work in English (written and spoken);
- Experience in writing clear concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Qualifications/Key Skills:
- Technical background Development and/or Scripting
- Strong knowledge in test automation & tools related
- API: Postman (JavaScript)
- UI: Cypress: (JavaScript)
- Performance test: Gatling (Scala)
- Versioning: Gitlab
- Experience in monitoring and/or alerting (not mandatory)
- Monitoring: Kibana (ELK)
- Alerting: Kibana Alerting
