Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
- Design and implement scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Develop new features and functionalities delivering business value.
- Develop reusable components and libraries to improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Perform code optimization and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Participate in architectural roadmap discussions.
- Lead smaller projects or contribute significantly to larger projects.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives).
- Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior developers (as appropriate).

Critical Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant software development experience (more experience may be considered).
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Advanced proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Kotlin Java Go Swift).
- Advanced proficiency in relevant frameworks (Spring iOS SDK etc. depending on project).
- Strong understanding of TDD DevOps principles version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Proficiency in cloud computing (AWS GCP Azure experience with one or more preferred).
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Experience with performance profiling and advanced debugging tools.
- (For Mobile roles): Advanced competence in declarative UI solutions battery management and MVVM patterns.
- (For Full-Stack roles): Advanced competence in data structures and algorithms object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with Docker Kubernetes or similar containerization technologies is a plus.
- Experience with Kafka RabbitMQ or other message brokers is a plus.
- Knowledge of open-source libraries and testing frameworks (JUnit Mockito etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with database technologies (RDBMS MongoDB etc.) is a plus.
