Roles and Responsibilities :
> Develop and implement monthly weekly and daily production plans.
> Ensure optimal resource allocation (manpower machines materials).
> Monitor production output to meet volume quality and delivery targets.
> Lead and mentor production engineers supervisors and operators.
> Ensure adequate training and skill development.
> Collaborate with QA/QC for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
> Implement lean tools 5S Kaizen TPM SMED Poka-Yoke).
> Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and non-value-adding activities.
Qualification :
> Education - B.E./ Or M.E in Mechanical Engineering.
> Experience - 20 years in production management in the auto component sector.
> Should have Knowledge in quality systems tools and techniques
> Should have Knowledge in JIT Products.
> Should have experience in handling large teams.
