This location includes three treatment rooms with tables (if you want them) an insulated X-Ray room doctor office bathroom and breakroom. It also includes:
- a 500 square foot rehab floor
- a brand new spinal decompression machine table
- cold/hot laser machine
- laptops and computer work stations and more
- and ALL BRAND NEW.
The office space is brand new and took over $300000 to build out. This would give a doctor or chiropractor the ability to have a state of the art clinic without having to pay for the build out and all furniture IT and equipment.
We are open to collaborative discussions on taking over this great clinic and location that luckily is available for the right professional.
