In this role youll help advance our mission through outstanding administrative and strategic support.

Position open until filled.
Work Schedule: M-F 8am - 5pm (with breaks) with occasional evenings and weekends work
The Executive Assistant will provide professional strategic and administrative support for the Vice President for University Advancement and perform a variety of complex and diverse duties requiring independent judgment and a full-scope knowledge of executive procedures and practices. The Executive Assistant will communicate with trustees donors alumni students staff faculty community members and parents in a consistently professional manner and must handle confidential information according to internal policies and federal regulations.

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Office-based sedentary work with frequent sitting talking and repetitive hand movements.
