Job Description
Your mission:
- Take over technical leadership in full stack development and evolve into a team lead role responsible for guiding junior and mid-level developers whilemaintaininghands-on technicalexpertise
- Lead the development of scalable web applications and APIs for theAssetpilotproduct using Angular frontend and Kotlin (Java) backend technologies ensuring code quality and architectural best practices
- Support and mentor development teams in bothfrontendandbackenddevelopment conducting code reviews andestablishingdevelopment standards for production-ready software
- You will collaborate with product management UX/UI designers and other development teams within the Strategic Development department to deliver high-quality product features
- Develop and enhanceAssetpilotplatform features including user interfaces APIs data processing and integration capabilities for renewable energy asset management
- Support our product management team in the development compilation and technical review of complex technical concepts for specific product requirements including an advisory role tofacilitatesolutions
- Gradually transition into team leadership responsibilities including mentoring developersparticipatingin hiring decisions and contributing to team development strategies and technical roadmaps
- Establish and document best practices for full stack development workflows within theAssetpilotteam including coding standards testing practices and deployment procedures
- Drive product innovation by researching and implementingnew technologiesand development practices that improve both product capabilities and team productivity.
- Programming Languages:Kotlin (Java) TypeScript JavaScript
- Frontend Technologies:AngularRxJS HTML5 CSS3 Sass/SCSS
- Backend Technologies:Kotlin (Java) Spring Boot Spring Security REST APIsGraphQL
- Database:MongoDB Redis aggregation pipelines
- Cloud & Infrastructure:AWS/Azure Docker Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines
- Development Tools:Git Jenkins/GitLab CI Jest Cypress Gradle Maven
- Additional Technologies:Apache Kafka Elasticsearch Prometheus Grafana.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in computer science software engineering or related qualification with focus on full stack development
- 4 years of professional experience in full stack development with modern web technologies and frameworks
- Excellent knowledge of frontend technologies: Angular TypeScript HTML5 CSS3RxJS and modern web development practices
- Strong backend development skills: Kotlin (Java) Spring Boot Spring Security RESTful APIsGraphQL and microservices architecture
- Experience with MongoDB: database design aggregation pipelines indexing and performance optimization
- Proficiencywith cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes)
- Experience with version control (Git) CI/CD pipelines test-driven development (TDD) and agile methodologies
- Leadership potential with experience mentoring junior developers or leading small project teams
- Strong communicationskills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools is an advantage
- Fluent English communication skills are a must-have (German is a plus but not).
