We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Operations Lead tofocus on transforming Abacus Operations into a data and insights driven
organization. This high-impact role will lead the design development andexecution of delivery metrics performance reporting and knowledge frameworksthat enable operational improvement through increased transparency andexecution rigor across client programs and internal initiatives. As a senior teammember you will work cross-functionally with Project Management DeliveryFinance Product and Engineering teams to leverage latest technologies includingGenAI and Agentic Systems to turn delivery data into actionable insights whilealso structuring and governing critical knowledge assets across the project lifecycle.
- Translate delivery data into insights that influence prioritization risk mitigation and cross-functional planning.
- Standardize reporting formats and cadences for internal delivery reviewsportfolio updates and executive briefings.
- Own data integrity across delivery tooling (e.g. Smartsheet Jira) and drivehygiene compliance with project teams.
- Lead evolution of our operational insights strategy through leveraging latesttechnologies including GenAI to reduce manual effort to uncover insightsand put insights into the hands of team members to drive better results.
- Lead documentation best practices for project initiation closure andhandovers.
-Partner with cross functional teams to define and maintain project lifecycleartifacts and stage gate requirements for stage gate reviews and projectclosure.
- Ensure accessibility version control and audit readiness of all operationaldocumentation.
- Strong command of reporting and dashboard tools (e.g. Excel Power BITableau).
- Excellent analytic acumen including demonstrated expertise in operationalanalytics.
- Experience building or managing knowledge management systems andinternal governance practices.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and managing complexcross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to filter complex project data into executive-level insights.
- Highly collaborative and proactive in managing cross-functionalstakeholders
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability toconvey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic startup environment.
