The Norfolk and Suffolk Skills Bootcamps programme is a dynamic initiative funded by the Department for Education as part of the Governments Lifetime Skills Guarantee. Designed to address regional skills gaps and recruitment challenges the programme offers flexible employer-led training across priority sectors such as construction digital engineering early years and health and social year our funding will enable us to support over 1400 learners across the region helping learners develop their careers and supporting businesses enhance productivity.
Your role and responsibilities
Working within the Skills Bootcamp team you will
You will need
A strong background in quality assurance and compliance within education or training along with a solid understanding of Ofsteds Education Inspection Framework. Youll need excellent analytical and communication skills to interpret data write reports and provide constructive feedback to training providers. Confidence in using Microsoft Office tools the ability to work independently and collaboratively and a commitment to continuous improvement and learner outcomes are essential. Experience working with Further Education colleges or adult education settings will be highly valued.

The team
This role sits within the Skills and Employment team a group dedicated to driving economic growth across Norfolk and Suffolk by developing a strong pipeline of talent for our local economy. Our purpose is to empower individuals through skills development helping them unlock opportunities and contribute meaningfully to their communities. What motivates us is seeing the real-world impact of our workwhether thats someone securing their first job or retraining for a new career.
We are entering the fourth year of delivering Skills Bootcamps in our region. The success of the programme has seen our learner numbers and the business we work with grow exponentially and we are excited to see how the next phase develops.
