Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Conduct market research for consumers and trade partners to improve brand performance and channel execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Support digital marketing efforts including social media management and content creation.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand presence.
- Support execution of multiple customer and trade event for the Home Improvement Teams.
Desirable skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills: Excel skills are essential plus knowledge of other MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Ability to draw insights and conclusions from data to identify and support growth opportunities.
- Strong interest in consumer products marketing retail and or business.
- Willingness to adapt to incoming role requirements and changes in work priorities throughout the week.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:
36.25 hours per week.
