The International Premium Products & Benefits team within the ICS COE is responsible for delivering and enabling transformational growth opportunities through expertise and solutions for our customers our markets and our partners. We do this by delivering best-in-class premium products capabilities customer experiences and partnerships to drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
How will you make an impact in this role
Reporting to the Director of International Loyalty this Manager will collaborate with ICS market teams Enterprise Platforms Enterprise Digital Experience Digital & Analytics and other Loyalty enterprise-wide functions to coordinate enhance and deliver new rewards capabilities and seamless redemption and loyalty journeys. They will have influence across all channels for both consumer and GCS business across our 20 International proprietary markets. This role will also define and coordinate the annual Loyalty tech investment strategy across these markets to meet our in-year and future goals & ambitions.
