The Challenge
Reporting to the Senior People Services Transformation Manager youll drive global HR transformation initiatives focused on compliance privacy and operational efficiency. This strategic project-based role involves identifying process gaps mitigating compliance risks and designing scalable privacy-aware solutions that enhance employee experience and regulatory alignment. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Legal IT and regional HR to embed controls propose new workflows and modernize HR service delivery.
Your Mission
- Support and execute global HR transformation projects emphasizing process improvement HR innovation compliance and risk mitigation.
- Redesign end-to-end HR processes using best practices to fix inefficiencies and compliance gaps implementing scalable privacy-conscious solutions.
- Conduct system testing and validation develop training materials and deliver training to ensure adoption of new processes.
- Manage complex stakeholders for timely delivery and alignment.
- Apply project management to track milestones and coordinate across workstreams.
- Drive process innovation supporting centralization standardization and resilience in regulated HR areas.
- Advise People Services on compliant future-ready service delivery.
- Stay updated on global regulations and HR tech trends including automation and AI.
You Are
- 3 years in People Analytics or HR Operations with strong project management data analysis process improvement and automation skills.
- 1 years experience with Workday HCM.
- 1 year leading/participating in global system implementations HR process design and change management.
- Skilled with Jira ServiceNow SharePoint or similar tools.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Experience in global/matrix organizations.
- Knowledge of data governance privacy and compliance in multi-country HR environments preferred.
- Comfortable presenting to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter organized motivated with strong delivery focus and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (C1).
