- lectures of economics informatics and intercultural management partly in English language
- courses in business mathematics economics law computing and accounting
- knowledge of business administration including studies targeted specifically for industrial operations
- semester at a university in a foreign country is mandatory

- participation in exciting IT-projects
- analysis documentation and optimization of IT-processes
- giving IT-advice to internal customers and divisions
- learning techniques of project management and working on challenging international tasks
- possibility to work in a foreign Evonik site for on the job training abroad

Training location: The training takes place in a three-month alternation between practical phases at the Evonik sites in Hanau and Darmstadt and theoretical phases at the Baden-Wrttemberg Cooperative State University (Mannheim).
