What youll be doing
As a member of the Internal Audit (IA) Professional Practices Centre (PPC) youll work in a fast-paced environment where together we serve to make our Internal Audit department more efficient and effective. Reporting to the Audit Director Resource Management you will deliver on Resource and Operational strategies globally including but not limited to; people programs skills assessment capacity analyses resource management and business management.

How youll succeed
Talent/Resource Management - Support centralized management of resources and support recruiting efforts to ensure that Internal Audit staffing levels are appropriate and utilized effectively to support completion of the Audit Plan. Evaluate resource capacity and utilization. Lead onboarding processes and identify enhancement opportunities. Execute global strategies for Internal Audit including resource management skills assessment capacity assessment talent programs and operational efficiency. Support and streamline key processes within the central resource management function and develop standard operating procedures. Maintain key resource management reporting capabilities such as headcount resource availability budget to actuals utilization etc. Support the annual skills assessment process while identifying opportunities for automation. Assist in developing annual objectives for distribution to the department in alignment with senior leadership goals.
Leveraging technology - Manage Internal Audits scheduling tool (Planview) and provide subject matter expertise to Audit Resource Managers. Maintain scheduling processes procedures and reporting. Work with Portfolio Directors and Portfolio Executives to assess resource needs/availability and allocate resources appropriately. Contribute to assessment of internal processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Relationship Management - Strong skills in relationship management time management organization and planning. Foster relationships within the Internal Audit department including audit teams senior leadership and other PPC teams. Support efforts to manage Campus Recruitment program and Internal Audits talent programs.
Who you are
You can demonstrate experience in related audit talent & administration processes with 3 years of experience within Resource Management and Operations preferably within a professional services environment.
You have a Bachelors Degree in a related field such as Accounting Finance Business Administration Human Resource Information Systems Data Analytics or related field. Completion of Masters degree is considered an note a CPA or CA designation is not required but nice to have for this specific role.

You give meaning to data. You enjoy investigating complex problems and making sense of information. You communicate detailed information in a meaningful way.
Youre digitally savvy. You seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies. You can easily adapt to new tools and trends. Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. Advanced Excel & Power BI) and experience with scheduling & resource management software (Planview) is considered an asset.

You have strong computer skills (e.g. MS Word Excel and PowerPoint) and excellent project management skills. You have proven ability to successfully manage timelines milestones and critical paths. You also have the ability to think conceptually synthesize information and implement solutions exercising flexibility and sound judgment.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills- understanding how to deliver complex concepts to audiences with varying degrees of to communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal) with all levels of staff including Portfolio Directors and Portfolio Executives and all levels of staff negotiate and influence consult with others build relations facilitate group discussions and execute on change management activities.
