As a Principal Analytics Advancement you will:
- Lead and enhance business reporting by developing best practices and improving the existing analytics and insights framework.
- Collaborate across teams to manage or support business reporting assets and drive continuous improvement.
- Engage stakeholders by seeking feedback and building strong relationships within the business insights network.
- Support analytics maturity across the organisation through knowledge sharing and improved insight delivery.
To be successful youll have:
- Proven expertise in the delivery and optimisation of business analysis and insights
- Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in driving customer service excellence
- High level of proficiency in use of Tableau for data analysis and visualisation (Tableau certification preferred) and familiarity with Tableau Server
