You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSt. Philip & St. Augustine Catholic Academy (SPSA) a vibrant and growing PreK-8 Catholic elementary school in the Diocese of Dallas is seeking a dedicated and bilingual Admissions/Enrollment/Registrar Coordinator to join our administrative team.
This key position plays a vital role in welcoming new families guiding them through the enrollment process and supporting the schools mission to provide a Christ-centered academically excellent education to every student.
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families providing information about the school and the admissions process.
Manage and process student applications enrollment and re-enrollment using the schools database system.
Maintain accurate student records transcripts immunization records and other registrar duties.
Support marketing and outreach efforts to increase enrollment and community awareness.
Collaborate with the principal and administrative team on admissions strategy and planning.
Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support to families in all enrollment-related communications.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) Required
High school diploma or equivalent Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions school registrar work or administrative support Required
Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and student information systems (experience with RenWeb/Facts SIS a plus)
Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education
Prior experience working in a Catholic school setting
Knowledge of state and diocesan regulations regarding student records
