Job Description
Extrusion & Fabrication - Niles MI
3rd Shift 9pm-7am Sun-Wed/ OT on Thursday
$18/hr
Job Duties:
- Loading and Starting of Age Ovens.
- Monitoring and Emptying of all Press Scrap.
- Saw Crew and Extrusion Material Handler.
- Perform Stretching Operation
- Visually monitor parts
- Keep Work Areas Clean and Safe. (5S)
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervision or lead.
Job Requirements:
- Previous machine operating experience
- Must be able to read and understand a tape measure.
- Must be able to read and understand shop order
- Must be able to operate the overhead crane.
- Must be able to drive Combi/Forklift
- Ability to lift and or move up to 50lbs throughout the entire shift.
- Ability to stand walk bend and stoop.
- Ability to use hands to finger handle and feel.
- Specific vision abilities required for various jobs include close vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
- Ability to understand and communicate (talk-read-hear) work instructions in English
- Bilingual is a plus!
