About Us:

Rocksteady Promotional Events is a growing collaborative organization expanding its Customer Experience and Customer Service team. Our company is committed to dedicating and developing new campaigns to fit the needs of the market. We consider all aspects of a brand the local target market and the customer relationship goals in order to help establish the brand in a meaningful way. Thus our team is hiring a Customer Experience Trainee to foster the growth of our new highly reputable client.

About the Client:

We have recently signed a contract with Leafguard a home improvement company. Over the last 30 years Leafguard has become a trusted and reliable brand in the home improvement industry delivering quality products that exceed expectations. With their recent partnership to Great Day Home Improvements they have expanded their suite of services and are devoted to offering superior products and services aimed at improving the customers lifestyle.

About the Position:

The Customer Experience Trainee will be responsible for meeting with homeowners and presenting them with Leafguards new products and services. The Customer Experience Trainee will conduct an in-home consultation to determine the suite of services best suited to the customer and they will facilitate scheduling a follow-up appointment with one of Leafguards representatives. Other responsibilities of the Customer Experience Trainee include:

  • Qualify and identify eligible customers through customer engagement and inquiry
  • Provide a detailed end of day report of lead generations and territory assessment
  • Establish genuine relationships with each customer to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Travel locally to assigned territories and execute customer service and lead generation campaigns

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are an asset in this role
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
  • Demonstrated organizational skills work planning and forward-thinking is preferred
  • The ability to follow and promote company policies and procedures is a requirement
  • High level of professionalism with a spotless reputation
