You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe potential positions are the primary liaison between the High School administration faculty staff students and candidate is required to maintain a positive and professional appearance and dress. Provide assistance to the administration regarding all student attendance matters late arrivals and early dismissals. Previous customer service skills arerequired. Organizational skills with the ability to multitask while working effectively with others on a team.
STARTING DATE: 8/15/2025
SALARY: Appropriate placement per Classified Employees Salary Schedule which will be commensurate with experience and education.
REPORTS TO: Principal or Designee
BENEFITS: One approved personal day per year; sick leave.
WORK-WEEK/YEAR: Up to 29 hours a week 184 days a year (10 months)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications frequently using Word and Excel with particular focus on reporting and advanced formulas with the ability to create and maintain several databases. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Proven capability to prepare correspondence to all stakeholders. Ability to operate various office machines. A motivated self-starter with strong time-management abilities. Able to work quickly and independently handling multiple projects at one time and meeting deadlines. Demonstrated ability to problem-solve. Professional tact diplomacy and presentation with staff and stakeholders. Record of excellent attendance. Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with administrators staff students parents associates vendors and community members.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: General knowledge of the functions and activities of the public school system. Experience working with high school students.
