LOCATION: Dallas TX
FACILITY: 800 bed acute care hospital
SALARY: $84K - $127K $15K SIGNONRELO(case by case)
REPORTS TO: AVP Womens Services

DESCRIPTION
- The Nurse Manager for Mother/Baby Care Unit accepts responsibility for all department functions.
- 79.2 FTEs
- Accepts responsibility for patient safety of the Postpartum and Newborn Nursery practice environments.
- Create Womens Health specific initiatives and process improvement.
- Serve as liaison for hospital community and other institutions.
- Organize / Supervise human and material resources.
- BSN Required Advanced degree preferred
- TX or Compact state RN License
- Minimum 5 Years experience 2 years if Supervisor Experience
- Recent acute care leadership in mother baby unit REQUIRED charge nurse not sufficient
- NRP Required
