Assistant Football Coach -Linebackers and Game Ops for athletic program
Lyon College invites applications for an assistant coach position in its football program with a start date of immediately. The primary responsibilities include the following: Linebackers coach and game ops for athletics programs. This position will assist in recruiting practice/game day preparation and monitoring athletes academic progress. This position will understand the rules/policies of NCAA DIII the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference and Lyon College. Additional responsibilities include teaching a limited number of physical education courses and other duties as assigned. Applicants with coaching experience at the secondary or post-secondary level are preferred and an understanding of recruiting student athletes at a small liberal arts college. A bachelors degree is required with a preference for a masters degree.
