Summary: This position will maintain support and enhance the abilities of the National Cancer Database (NCDB) to share information in an accurate and flexible manner with its constituent clinicians and cancer programs. In addition it will also work closely with NCDB and Commission on Cancer (CoC) staff to automate and convert existing applications into more updated robust platforms allowing more transparent and efficient management of data. This includes making recommendations for architecture and design of data processing infrastructure while providing ongoing maintenance support and optimization of these applications and their databases.
This exempt position will report to the IT Manager National Cancer Database in the Division of Research and Optimal Patient Care. It is based in our Chicago office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office/2 days per week remote.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $101000 - $115000 (commensurate with related experience).
