Job Description

Required Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills. Excellent written and presentation skills. Enthusiasm flexibility and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to accept responsibility and display initiative. Experience with electronic communications and social media. The potential to be able to utilize and further develop processes within the universitys recruitment and admission software program ( CRM ). Bachelors degree from an accredited institution 2 or more years of professional experience in at least one of the following areas: international admissions international student services international education recruitment higher education and/or serving in a supervisory role. Candidates with experience in multiple areas listed will be given preference. Ability to travel domestically and internationally for recruitment related activities. May require 4 to 6 weeks of travel in the fall term and 2 to 4 weeks in the spring term. Must be a US citizen or lawful permanent resident and must be able to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience developing or managing international recruitment initiatives Masters degree International travel experience. Understanding of international academic credentials and student visa regulations
