Overview
Join our clients extraordinary care team as a Home Health Admission RN in Brentwood PA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary benefits package and a supportive work environment. Ideal candidates will have an Associate degree RN license and relevant experience in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide management and delivery of patient care plans
- Collaborate with the care team

- Utilize tablets mobile phones and EMR software
Schedule and Shift Details
- Schedule (Including any on call/weekends): Fri-Sun 3 admissions per day 1 flex or admin day per week (preferably Monday/Thursday)
Qualifications
Required

Associate degree or higher
-
1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
-
Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
-
Other EMR
-
Practice Partner EMR
-
-
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania (PA)

Valid Regular Driver License (DL)

ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)

American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
